We provide 3 days of free technical support for YAMAHA industrial robots and JANOME servo presses purchased from our company, which also includes on-site programming and training hold by one of our engineers. We usually provide a comprehensive user-level training in this case, but if there is a need for deeper programming knowledge, we also provide the opportunity, of course.

In addition, it is possible to hold theoretical trainings in a small group in our company's office in Biatorbágy, but it can take place at your office as well.
It is common experience that the training at the site where the machine installation will be implemented benefits the most because if any questions arise, our programmer will answer them or show the steps directly to your colleague.
Furthermore, a theoretical training combined with practice is the most effective in our experience and we always recommend this, because everyone has the opportunity to try out live how to operate / program a given robot, servo unit or servo press.
