01 Direct connection with the Yamaha robot controller
It can be connected easily with the robot controller using just one LAN cable. Cost down is possible as the single device without using PLC.

It supports the linkage with the IT layer that is important for IIoT, and data communications. It supports automatic report creation with SQL database and Excel format, and FTP servers and web servers.

The audit tracking function that enables verification on information such as what operation was conducted by who and when comes as standard. It can be used when performing cause analysis on defects and providing feedback during operator education. The function is important for improving the general facility operation rate.
06 Display and saving of data log necessary for prediction maintenance
Data such as the robot’s operation status, cycle time, etc. necessary for prediction maintenance can be displayed in real time and made to the database.
07 Function customization with C#
It is possible to directly write and execute powerful C# in the HMI system, and the freedom level of function customization expands infinitely. .Net component can be imported and used. Since existing programs can be utilized, it contributes to early launch of the device.
